I am qualified as an accountant and as a solicitor. I have Fellow status of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and am an accredited mediator. I currently sit on the Research Advisory Group of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) as an FCMA. I am immediate past chair of Chair of the Commerce & Industry Group and have been elected as Vice President of In-House Counsel Worldwide I am a member of the C&I Group Privacy & Security Committee and held a seat as board member of IFAC's International Ethics Standards Board until December 2011. I am exec committee member of two small community charities: one group encourages and supports mature members of the community to avoid becoming isolated as they become more housebound; the second group supports youngsters by helping them develop team skills in boxing, table tennis, trampolining and other indoor sports, on a pro bono basis.

Privacy and security are headlines- executive leadership, including the C-Suite and Board of Directors are asking about especially with the new data privacy regulation going into effect by 2018.
